Formula for Determining the Active Ingredient Content of the Finished Spray Mixture: Use the following formula to determine the percent active ingredient that is in the spray tank after mixing AVALON Golf & Nursery Insecticide:
(7.9)(Fl. Oz. of AVALON added to tank) = Percent Active Ingredient of spray mix (Gallons of finished spray mix)(128)
The following procedure is recommended for preparation of a new tank mix, unless specified otherwise in label directions: (1) Add wet- table powders to tank water, (2) Agitate, (3) Add liquids and flowables, (4) Agitate, (5) Add emulsifiable concentrates, and (6) Agitate. If a mix- ture is found to be incompatible following this order of addition, try reversing the order of addition, or increase the volume of water.
